Converting an industrial landmark into habitable space — robust structural works, precision glazing, and high-quality interior finishes.

We converted a decommissioned water tower into a safe, functional living/working space, delivering comprehensive structural, external and internal works. Scope included roofing, supply and installation of RSJ steel beams, aluminum window installation, carpentry first-fix, and dry lining — all coordinated to preserve the tower’s character while meeting modern building standards.
